Who We Are
Founder and CEO Vanessa Pineda utilizes a unique and highly effective management style. Drawing from her years of experience, Ms. Pineda credits the LAPM’s success to her key practice of getting to know and understand each individual client. With this hands-on approach, she meets with clients often, learns everything she could about their properties, and makes herself accessible to their needs. This is the LAPM difference as every LAPM property manager has this philosophy ingrained in their business practices.
In addition to our full range of management services for residential and commercial income properties, LAPM offers an exclusive real estate division, Los Angeles Property Sales, headed by Rosario Perry. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Perry, a broker and real estate attorney is highly respected and well-known throughout the real estate community.
Our goal is to arm clients with the tools and critical information they need to make informed real estate investment decisions that pay off. With LAPM on your side, you can count on Mr. Perry’s first-hand experience in navigating the wide array of legal and tax issues, such as rent control laws, building and safety requirements, code compliance, capital gains and depreciation.

The hassle-free service we provide includes a no-charge for rental services until the property is first rented. We do not charge for inspections, year-end statements, reports or photography.
